• You agree not to misuse our IoT devices or attempt to reverse engineer our hardware or software.
• You utilize the temperature data for your monitoring needs, understanding that while we strive for high accuracy, critical decisions should consider multiple safety factors.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to our data logger firmware and dashboard interface) are and will remain the exclusive property of Bagmo Private Limited and its licensors.

In no event shall Loggfi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Device Warranty

Our temperature loggers come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Please refer to your specific product documentation for detailed warranty terms.
